Terms & Conditions
We require access to an outdoor water main (no recycled water, no storm water).
If you require assistance on moving items, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate your request for an additional charge (included in the quote).
All vehicles must be moved and parked away from the perimeters cleaning area.
For your safety, the area will be restricted during High Pressure Cleaning operations.
Please allow for some minor variation between the measurements we take and the actual size of the area using our calibrated trundle measuring wheel.
Photographs - Videos
We may take photographs and/or Videos of your property before, during, and/or after the completion of our services. These photos will be used solely for the following purposes:
To document the condition of your property prior to service.
To showcase the results of our cleaning service to you and for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.)."
By booking our services, you automatically grant us permission to take these photographs and videos. However, you have the right to opt-out of having your property included in our marketing materials. Please notify us in writing at privacy@hygienized.au if you wish to opt-out.
We take the privacy of our clients seriously. Any photographs and videos taken will not include any identifiable information about you or your property location details (e.g., mailbox numbers, street signs)."
Deposit structure
A deposit of 20% of the total price of the service is required for projects estimated over AUD$5000.
This will be a booking confirmation and agreement of service.
The remaining 80% is payable 7 business days from completion of the project.
50% of the deposit is non-refundable to you if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service day. However the remaining 50% deposit will still be refunded to you as the Client.
The deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel the service outside the 24 hour window before your scheduled service date and time.
ie.: Scheduled agreed service start: Tuesday 10am = Customer Cancel by the Monday 9:59am for full deposit refund
ie.: Scheduled agreed service start: Tuesday 10am = Service Canceled by the Monday 11am, 50% deposit non-refundable, the remaining 50% is refunded to you as the Client.

Choose our convenient fortnightly payment plan with 0% interest for the first 60 days.
Standard interest rate applies fortnightly thereafter (currently 8% fortnightly).
Cancellation Policy for Full Deposit Refund
You may cancel your service and receive a full refund of your deposit if you notify us in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
Written notification can be sent to sales@hygienized.au.
If we provide you with an arrival time range, the 24-hour cancellation window will apply to the earliest time within that range.
If you cancel your service within the 24 hours window of the scheduled service time, 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. The remaining other 50% deposit will be refunded to you.
