1. Core Service Conditions & Site Preparation

  • We require access to a functioning outdoor water main (no recycled water, no storm water).
  • All vehicles, fragile items, and movable furniture must be relocated away from the service perimeter prior to our arrival. If you require assistance moving heavy items, please notify us in advance; an additional handling fee may apply and will be included in your quote.
  • For your safety and the safety of our technicians, the service area will be strictly restricted during high-pressure and chemical operations.
  • Please allow for minor variations between client-provided measurements and the actual size of the area, which we verify using a calibrated trundle measuring wheel on-site.

2. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

Hygienized utilizes commercial-grade equipment and chemical treatments. While we exercise the utmost professional care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage revealed during the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to: loose, chipped, or degraded brickwork/mortar, pre-existing flaking paint, loose paving grout, faded surfaces, or poor site drainage. If we identify high-risk areas upon our pre-site inspection, we will discuss alternative treatment options with you before proceeding.

3. Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy

  • To secure your service dates and allow us to procure project-specific chemical treatments, a standard 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon acceptance of your quote.
  • You may reschedule your service without penalty if you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will result in the total forfeiture of the 30% deposit to cover operational scheduling losses and pre-purchased materials. Written notification can be sent to sales@hygienized.au.

4. Payment Terms & Debt Recovery

  • The remaining project balance is strictly due within 24 hours of project completion (invoice issue date). Prompt payment ensures we can maintain our high standards of service.
  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date will incur a late administration fee of $25.00, plus an ongoing interest charge of 10% per annum calculated daily until the balance is cleared.
  • Debt Collection: In the event of a defaulted invoice, the client agrees to be fully liable for all additional costs incurred by Hygienized in recovering the debt, including but not limited to formal debt collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs.

5. Photographs & Videos

We may take photographs and/or videos of your property before, during, and after the completion of our services. By booking our services, you automatically grant us permission to use these visuals for internal documentation and marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). We take your privacy seriously; any media utilized will never include identifiable information about you, your address, or your specific location.

You have the right to opt-out of marketing media. Please notify us in writing at privacy@hygienized.au prior to your service date if you wish to opt-out.

6. Accepted Forms of Payment

We proudly accept Cash, Bank Transfer, and EFTPOS/Credit Card via our secure on-site or online payment portals.
(Please note: Standard merchant surcharges apply to all EFTPOS/Credit Card transactions).

7. Business Insurance Cover

We operate with total peace of mind. Hygienized is fully insured with Public Liability cover up to AUD$20,000,000. Our esteemed insurance broker partners are dedicated to providing our clientele with seamless resolution in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

8. Image and Visual Representation Disclaimer
