All images and visuals presented on this website and our marketing platforms, including social media channels, are intended for illustrative purposes only. Core Service Conditions
- We require access to an outdoor water main (no recycled water, no storm water).
- If you require assistance on moving items, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate your request for an additional charge (included in the quote).
- All vehicles must be moved and parked away from the perimeters cleaning area.
- For your safety, the area will be restricted during High Pressure Cleaning operations.
- Please allow for some minor variation between the measurements we take and the actual size of the area using our calibrated trundle measuring wheel.
Photographs & Videos
We may take photographs and/or Videos of your property before, during, and/or after the completion of our services. By booking our services, you automatically grant us permission to take these photographs and videos for documentation and marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.).
You have the right to opt-out of having your property included in our marketing materials. Please notify us in writing at privacy@hygienized.au if you wish to opt-out. We take the privacy of our clients seriously. Any media taken will not include any identifiable information about you or your property location details.
Deposit & Payment Structure
A deposit of 20% of the total price of the service is required for projects estimated over AUD$4,999. The remaining 80% is payable 7 business days from completion of the project.
Choose our convenient fortnightly payment plan with 0% interest for the first 60 days. Standard interest rate applies fortnightly thereafter (currently 8.5% fortnightly).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service and receive a full refund of your deposit if you notify us in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable.

We are fully insured with Public Liability up to AUD$20,000,000. Our esteemed insurance broker partners are dedicated to providing our clientele the utmost attention and seamless resolution in even the most unforeseen circumstances.
Client & Pricing Information
Due to the large areas involved, we provide customized pricing for commercial clients. To ensure we continue to deliver premium exterior services for residential clients, we periodically review our pricing structures and update our prices accordingly without notice.
Accepted Form of Payments
Cash - EFTPOS* - Bank Transfer - PayPal. A $1.88 administrative & IT fee will apply on each Tax Invoice.
